Road very slippery , seems to be build up of diesel?

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

My husband came off his bike whilst going at slow speed, it just went from underneath him. He has several injuries , thankfully none serious. Theirs was on 6/11. The following day 7/11 we were driving past the same spot when a lady cyclist came off her bike. She landed in the road and nearly went under a car. People helped her up and she was shaken but ok. Her bike appeared damaged. The road around the gyratory system is very slippery and I fear someone will fall and get hit by a car.
