Rubbish left by Highways England on completion of M23 upgrade

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2375755.

The roundabout above the M3 at junction10 Copthorne is littered with unused irrelevant signs, empty A frames, sandbags and numerous traffic cones, this carries on on the new grass verges leading to Copthorne. The M23 work may be deemed completed but how about them clearing their debris and rubbish.
