Outside the National Trust property, along Packwood Lane, people who are not able to use the car park are parking their cars in nearby laybys, in front of farmer access gates and also on the grass verges/ditches. This is causing traffic problems, as cars cannot pass easily and in blocking the farmer's gates they are restricting access should the farmer need to get into the field. Emergency access down the road would likely be difficult as there are no areas for cars to manoeuvre.
