Abandoned cycle

Sent to Cherwell District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2375438.

The abandoned cycle is still there and has been since at least August when it was first reported. Despite an assurance feo CDC by email it is still there. If someone is sent to retrieve it bolt cutters or a portable angle grinder will be required. Maybe Cherwell could ask the gang who have their break in the pull in opposite on a regular basis to retrieve it. This is the third or fourth time I've reported this, you wonder whether it's worth trying to help sometimes
