Caravan parked on pavement for the last eight weeks

Sent to Blaby District Council and Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2374779.

The caravan is parked on the foot path and also half on the road, it causes an obstruction when the bin lorries attemp to enter the street.
