Tree in King Georges Park overgrown into property

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2374324.

This tree is overgrown from the park, and is now starting to damage the outhouse in our garden. Please can the tree either be removed or cut back sufficiently.
