Unnecessary use of temporary traffic lights when no physical works are being applied on or near the junction. This is adding unnecessary congestion to an otherwise quiet stretch of road. I request that these are removed unless extent of works at the other end of quainton can reasonably justify the need for these lights. Queuing vehicles close to corners where other vehicles may approach at reasonable speed is creating unnecessary danger .
