Lights not working

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2370273.

The lights in this row don't work and haven't for a long time. I wondered if they were on a sensor with them being very close to Armley Prison. It is very dark in that area now winter is here.

I don't understand why 2 lights were fixed further up the street and these were not. All reported same day and time.
