Parking of cherry picker on street

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2367625.

There is a parking problem on our street due to the window cleaner running a business from home!! He has a cherry picker ,transit van ,small van ,numerous cars on the street.....this is causing all sorts of parking issues, also we believe he is stealing Yorkshire water to run he's window cleaning business
