Sent to Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

Constantly having to pick up litter from out of my back garden due to no bins around the area! Kebab boxes, sweet wrappers, black bags full of rubbish and even mattresses, TV boxes and household waste! My home is being swamped in other people’s mess! We NEED a BIN down the alleyway ox Saxton road!
