Dangerous and ugly boxes and bins storage

The occupier stores her bins and boxes along the footpath and close to cars in a private and wide open area what is dangerous when windy and damaging for neighborhood cars. Plus it is ugly and has a negative effect for the area (papers flying, ...) with foxes often coming from the green area nearby.
