Long term persistent road flooding

This location flooded again today with flood water persisting a long time after rain stopped. Water static with negligible flow into street drains, despite drain grills mostly clear of surface obstruction. Note that council employees were in attendance less than a week ago with manhole lids open and drain grills open, using high pressure drain unblocking equipment. The treatment was either ineffective or has consolidated the blockage.
