Sent to North Warwickshire Borough Council less than a minute later

Cars and vans visiting the houses on this side are parking on the pavement outside and blocking pavements. They have driveways to use and are allowing guests to park illegally on the pavement and grass verges causing walkers to be forced into the road. Tearing up the grass and spreading mud all over the road
