Fly tipping and people from all over using bin area

This is the view from my living room window most mornings the are dumping through the night because the street lighting doesn't work and their are residents in craigend think these bins are for anyone to use as the turn up in their cars with black bags please help Thank you

  • Can't take photo just know but bin area has been cleared although the bins are still full but at least you can get into them . The fly tipping rubbish has been lifted . A special mention to the men and girls who cleared the bin area l personally crude to have don it . Only hope it stays that way sad to say I doubt it . Only cameras and prosecution is the answer

    Well here we go again this is the same bins and tipping area three days after it had been cleared just stopped kids from putting a torch to it maybe I should just have let them . What more can we do it is up to the council to put a stop to this

    Bins emptied today 15th NOVEMBER not once but twice and as you can see by the photo there is a lot of rubbish left . Once again the guys clearing this have done what they can without being sick . It realy needs a complet clear out and clean it is about time environmental health got involved
