Metal cattle grate needs wet grip surface

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2355790.

The cattle grate has a surface which when wet is not safe to cross by bike. I fell off here on 23/10/2020 at approx 9mph with 45c offroad tires sustaining minor injury and bike damage. I have seen other riders down at this same location receiving or requiring medical attention. I have heard reports from other riders in the area of falls here. The cattle grate requires a non slip surfacing or texturing to prevent injuries. It is not fit for purpose.
