The vehicle is a bronze Peugeot 106. Regn. No Y808JVS The car has been moved over the weekend but has returned to park in the same place.
It would appear that the road has had yellow lines in the past but they have been ‘obscured’ but roadworks covering them up.

Hi - thanks for confirming the details of the car - as the vehicle has moved over the weekend it is clearly not abandoned and the council will be unable to investigate this as an abandoned vehicle. If there are any dangerous parking obstructions caused, i would advise to report the issue to the neighbourhood team at Wantage police Station.
