Refuse left all over footpath.

At the parade of shops in Brasenose Road at the junction of Churchill Road Ox11 7BU, at the side of Londis convience store, at the base of the flats above the shops all this rubbish has been strewn all over the footway. Londis have dumped their Lottery stand up against the wall and this has been there for quite a while now, which Londis or the Council need to dispose of. There are two tyres which someone has dumped at the entrance to the car parking area(see photos attached). Making this area a real eyesore at the moment. The rear of the shops is just looking lime a dumping area now what with skips from A1 Plumbing over flowing, commercial wheelie bins all over the place, and Londis trollies full of recycling waste left untidily at the rear of their shop.(see photos attached)
