Blocked drain on council owned headway. Causing flooding onto the A1060

Sent to Essex County Council and Uttlesford District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2353847.

The drain is blocked so rain water isn't draining away, this is causing ponding which floods the main road A1060. This could cause an accident at night due to no street lights. In the winter months if this surface water freezes it will be dangerous. This has gone on for do long it has damaged the headway, adding to the problem of debris blocking the drain.
