Skip obstructing footway

Sent to Gwynedd Council less than a minute later

Gwynedd Skip Hire have left one of their skips in a place which obstructs the footway. The footway is now inaccessible from the roadside parking area to wheelchair users, people with buggies etc. Section 137 of the Highways Act 1980 makes it an offence to obstruct the footway. Please ensure that they move it.
