3 Bins obstructing pavement

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

Number 38A never remove their bins from the pavement leaving them constantly obstructing the pavement. This obstruction makes it difficult for wheelchair or buggy users to pass up the street as there is a lamppost which narrows the path there too.
