Total hazardous health and safety issue! needs clearing immediately ! and bins restored ! bin and laundry area overflowing with rubbish, bags, trash, recycling and fly tipped furniture. flat clearance dumped. increasingly worse over weeks. vermin, disease, smell, pollution, all real concerns!
