Hedges and plants protruding onto pavements.

There are loads of examples of this. Too many to photograph. Often these plants only protrude ten inches or so but on narrow pavements this is enough to cause problems for visually impaired / wheelchair users / parents with prams and a young child. I also observe that children going to school have to jump off the pavement. This is a perennial problem.
