10'' pothole with drain cover in centre

This pothole has a 6" square drain cover in its centre. located in the middle of the road (Brenchley Lane where it joins Brenchley High Street. Dangerous to cyclists or vehicles. This was reported to Tonbridge Wells Council two weeks ago, but so far no action taken.
