Damage to road surface causing water leakage

Sent to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2348907.

The water is leaking from beneath the surface of the road. This is a single track uphill road, and in the event of a cold winter it will cause a significant problem with sheet ice.
