Road surface following recent Severn Trent works
Reported via desktop in the Obstruction or hazard on road category anonymously at 15:24, Mon 19 October 2020
Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2347932.
The carriageway repair following the recent ST works is appalling and has left a huge hump in the road (travelling East towards the A46). It is at the bottom of the hill on a 60mph road and it's the equivalent of hitting an unmarked sleeping policeman at high speed. I have 'bounced' over it and have witnessed many cars doing the same. It needs levelling or fixing before a lot of cars are damaged

The problem is still there, I've just hit the bump at speed (bear in mind this is a 60mph road) and will be taking my car to be checked for damage as it didn't sound good.

Hit this twice, on 01 Nov and again on 02 Nov. A really substantial bump and the car doesn't sound good when hitting it. This was in a 60mph stretch although I was only doing about 40mph.
