Grassy area not designed for parking is being used as a car park for at least 5 cars- there are existing old wooden bollards that should prevent this but they are simply being retained by the owners of the vehicles and put back when they drive their cars. It is very dangerous as children often play around these vehicles as the purpose of this land is for a grassy area - the grass cannot be maintained now and it is an eyesore - I am concerned that a child might be injured or worse- new concrete bollards need to be installed to prevent this
