Temporary bollard damaged again

The bollard outside numbers 16 and 18 The Butts was damaged earlier this year. A temporary repair happened on October 1st. But the temp bollard is low, and cannot be seen easily by lorry and van drivers. Now it has been struck again. Only a full height bollard will prevent this happening repeatedly.
