Need for an extra traffic light

Sent to Lancashire County Council less than a minute later

The constant car horns beeping due to drivers not noticing the lights on green. There needs to be another on The left for drivers to see more clearly. The sun reflects off it so it's worse in summer, however this is constant, the road rage and shouting as well as horns is ridiculous. There must be an answer and a solution. I live opposite these lights and its awful.
