Sent to Rugby Borough Council and Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

I reported this to the council 2 weeks ago. The blocked drain caused major flooding to my driveway at 55 Crick road. The drain is located outside 57 Crick road. It is still blocked. How long does this take as if we get a really bad rainfall again my drive will be flooded.
