Badly sunken pavement outside no 15

Sent to North Warwickshire Borough Council and Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

HGV has been parked /driven over pavement. Also general condition of pavement / road which as far as I can remember has not been treated in over 40 years, whereas other cul de sacs have been done several times.
