Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

Scaffolding obscuring shared path, so people can't pass each other. The scaffolding has been placed onto the path rather than the land at the side. The scaffolding is extensive along this apart of the path and needs to be moved to the land at the side as people can't pass each other safely
