Drain tarmac over

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

Some of the road drains on Coton road Whitacre Heath B46 2HL has been tarmac over when the road was resurfaced.

When we have heavy rain like we have recently the road floods quite badly.

Can somebody come and have a look.
