Covert surveillance cameras

Sent to Gosport Borough Council and Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2339793.

There are covert surveillance cameras installed in the bin shed here. They overlook the public footpath and there are none of the legally required signs installed. They have been there for some months and there's no indication as to why, or who is responsible for them.
