Water coming out of road and pavement in front of first house number 2

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2339211.

There has been a problem with rain water coming out of pavement in front of No 2 Orchard Grove for about 3 years the council have been but said they cant afford to correct it, now there is water coming out of road and pavement other side No 2 running in front of drive i have reported it to council but so far noone has been to even look at it this I also told Mike Morey about it who said he would investigate so far no news of anyhting being done.
