Speeding along Rawley Road.

Sent to Norfolk County Council and Norwich City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2337969.

Speeding traffic using Rawley Road as a speedway. Sometimes difficult to cross either walking or Mobility Scooters. Lots of idiots.
