Road surface very uneven, appears to be collapsing

Sent to Kent County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2335785.

The road surface on both carriageways of the A2042 between Malcolm Sargent Road and the Designer Outlet is very uneven, as if the road is collapsing. This is quite extreme in one particular area, and unless vehicles slow down considerably, there is a danger of suspension damage. Can both carriageways be repaired as soon as possible please.
