Drains overflowing

Reported via desktop in the Other (non-highways) category anonymously at 15:07, Sat 10 October 2020

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Rushmoor Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2334823.

Whenever there is heavy rain, the manhole covers lift up and water along with sewage (toilet paper) runs out and into the woods. If this is caused by a blockage in the drains it could be what causes Woodlands Walk to flood as the road drains can't cope as they are blocked.
