Poor road surface

Sent to Redbridge less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 233409.

Road surface is diabolical service road is used by council vehicles daily area generrally untidy leading to gangs of youths congregating in area leaving rubbish on daily basis causing envoirmental problems with rats and foxes in area. road needs to be resurfaced if so gangs may not hang around. flytipping is also common
