Littering and dog fouling

Reported via desktop in the Dog fouling category anonymously at 22:24, Thu 8 October 2020

Sent to Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

Cow Lane is a very poplar dog walking lane and the lay by on Denchworth Road is very popular with delivery drivers taking breaks, walkers and even people living in vans and cars. This area has no dog waste bin or litter bin and so large amounts of litter is left to blow into the fields and The Maples. In addition several dog walkers leave 'poo bags' in the hedgerows. Please can we have a waste bin and dog waste bin erected in the entrance lay-by and these get emptied regularly. No where needs it more.
