Too many random people parking

Sent to West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Random people (non-residents & non-visitors) park their cars and block our road & driveways. We (the residents) would like to make this part of the road residents only please. We all have our own garages/parking spaces, we just want non-residents not to park here anymore as they are blocking the road and if we needed an ambulance for example, the ambulance won't be able to get in or out due to non-residents parking in the middle of the road and blocking it. If you don't believe me, do a residential survey!!
