Reporting;

*Public bin in this area. The casing was was badly damaged with a huge split down both sides meaning it did not fit the bin itself for many years. I had repaired this with duck tape before one of your guys removed It but the the new or repaired casing has never been returned. This has been months now, & must be very difficult for the guys to change bags as everything has to be picked out from the bottom of the bin due to the bags blowing off the bin rim & then rubbish being thrown in on top of the closed up bag.

*Public grass in area not been cut or maintained for a long period. Needs at least one more cut before winter.

*Curb-side cleaning. I’ve seen the road sweepers doing their rounds around this area & other areas around Witney, but the curbs are so blocked with growth that this has very little affect. Once a year I maintain my stretch of road, but to enable better drainage & cleaner roads, it would be wise to have the weeds removed everywhere once a year. Then road sweeping would be much more effective.
