Contractors cars wrecking the grass verges

There was once a lovely house here, and now developers have put 3 executive dolls houses in its place. Worse still, there has been approx 10-12 cars and vans parked on the GRASS VERGE, and this is being damaged. The white hoardings also look a mess and like a 2nd world war bomb site. The vehicles also look unsightly and should be clamped. Since when has it been legal to park on a grass verge ? Harpenden is being systematically dumbed down brick by brick, make no mistake about it. Have some respect, Eric Morecombe once lived around here.
