This idiot has parked on yellows for weeks without a single fine. Tonight he's parked only a couple meters from the junction to Leopold street, completely blocking it. Do your job and ticket this road. There are currently 7 cards parked on yellows. What's the point of having them if you don't give a shit? It ruins this entire corner.

Nope. They still park every night on yellows right at the Leopold junction. Not a ticket in sight - useless.
