Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2328535.

I noticed this at the weekend and it is still smashed. This is so dangerous as an infants school opposite and very busy area with young children. It is there height too. Please can this be repaired ASAP before a serious accident happens.
