Parking in turning circle

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2326981.
At the end of Derwent Avenue is a turning circle which some residents have taken to using as a parking bay. this causes major issues when delivery Vehicles get up the end and can’t turn round ,using our private drive ways as an alternative.it has been the case in the past when we have had to call an Ambulance and they have had no alternative but to reverse all the way out .would it be possible to have a sign put up asking people not to park in the turning circle. It’s becoming more of an issue now that most households have more than 1 car per house and no where to park.
Thank you for your enquiry. This issue has been passed onto the relevant team for investigation.

Thank you for your report and please accept our apologies for the significant delay in response. Indeed, the parking of vehicles has been challenging in many areas due, in part, to the various 'Covid lockdowns' and may more people being at home. In residential situations, instances of inconsiderate parking can often (and in more effectively) be overcome by neighborly understanding. If the concerns do continue we would suggest that this is considered in the first instance whereby we would then consider this further if the problem persists - especially with the gradual relase of lockdown that we are currently experiencing.
