Noisy dog

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Havant Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2326817.

32 nursling crescent has a noisy dog and will just bark when let out which is normally 6.30 am onward, she has no consideration for neighbours at that time of the morning and does nothing to stop the dog, I know of 1 neighbour who works nights and sleep daytime so he must be getting no sleep and others who are fed up
