20 ft tree about to collapse

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

Hi, further to the case i raised earlier, more of the wall has collapsed. if rain seeps through , the entire tree can fall onto houses. I understand that during the lockdown you cant send some one to chase the owner of 16 Farleigh avenue, but now it is getting very serious.
