Hillmorton Road rut causes puddle by pedestrian crossing

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later
On the North side of Hillmorton Road, opposite the Nisa shop at the Dunsmore Avenue junction, ruts cause a puddle which can be difficult for vehicles to avoid, due to the central pedestrian refuge. This means people waiting to cross, or walking past at the 'wrong' moment, can be drenched. The ruts continue up to Shenstone Avenue - I guess buses and trucks make them, but maybe the road substructure is inadequate, or perhaps there are collapsed services?
