Water coming up through pavement/end of drive

Reported via desktop in the Gully or manhole defect category anonymously at 10:00, Mon 5 October 2020

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

Outside of No 6 there is water coming up from undergound at the end of the driveway. This is lifting the tarmac which is disintegrating. Also water is not flowing from the down pipe between numbers 5 and 6 into the drain. Both of these issue indicate that there is a blockage in the drain that the water flows into. Please can you investigate

  • Severn Trent have been to inspect this morning and have identified that this is an issue with the storm drain which is a council responsibility. Please can you arrange to clear the storm drain and advise on fixing the pavement and drive.
