Multiple potholes and ruts on Park Road

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

Park Road is an official cycle route, conveniently linking the 'black path' bridge over the railway to the town centre but the whole length is in a poor state. I hope the potholes and ruts aren't being left deliberately to supplement the speed bumps and slow motorists because they'd not be felt in a car whereas they make it into an unpleasant obstacle course for cyclists.
